In order to sell cheese, baked goods, canned goods or any other processed food item the vendor must have proof of liability insurance and the product must be processed in an inspected licensed kitchen. These spreads are manufactured for us in Union, Missouri, and consist of the following five varieties: Herb & Spice – a special Missouri Cream Cheese is blended with a proprietary mix of fresh herbs and spices, resulting in a wonderful flavor that has made this our top seller. Cheddar & Jalapeno – we start with real Cheddar Cheese, add our special Cream Cheese, then blend in fresh jalapeno peppers and additional natural ingredients the result of which has been quite popular here in the Midwest. This spread is a close runner up to our Herb & Spice in popularity. Cheddar & Bleu – again, we start with real Cheddar Cheese and our Missouri Cream Cheese but then we add Bleu Cheese and other fresh ingredients. Even folks, who say they never liked Bleu Cheese, find this spread irresistible.
