  AgriMissouri Buyer's Guide
Summertime=Fun Time
Greeting cards and movies lead you to believe summer is a time to stay home lounging on the porch swing while sipping fresh lemonade. Not true at all! Staying home you miss out on unique outings and tasty Missouri products that are only available from Missouri's farmers and agribusinesses during the summer.

Missouri's farmers' markets offer a wide variety of products, grown in your backyard, and there is something for every taste bud. Find a farmers' market near you using the farmers' market map. In addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, farmers' markets offer meat, honey and processed products like jam and jelly.

When planning summer travel don't forget to visit Missouri's u-pick blueberry, raspberry and blackberry farms. It's hard to beat picking (and eating) fresh, juicy, ripe berries straight off the vine. The best part...someone else does all the planting, mulching and watering. Visit the AgriMissouri Buyer's Guide to find a u-pick in your area.

After visiting the farmers' market and picking delicious berries, stop by the AgriMissouri Market at the Missouri State Fair, August 13-23. The AgriMissouri Market features barbecue sauces, jams, jellies, cheeses, milk, spices, seasonings and many more products all from Missouri.

This summer, stop and discover what's in your own backyard.

Podcasts & Videos Online
AgriMissouri has been using the blog, AgriMissouri Showcase, to interact with consumers on a more conversational level.

What we've found is many members don't know about the AgriMissouri podcasts and videos that are also on the blog site.

A podcast is an audio interview with members about their products or upcoming events. It allows you, the consumer, to hear from our members and get to know them directly.

The videos are the exact same only they offer the visual component in addition to the audio. To listen or download AgriMissouri podcasts and videos click on the links below.
