Tuna Salad
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) Tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup sliced celery 1 teaspoon minced onion 1/4 cup OTT’S Salad Dressing 1 large cucumber Salt and Pepper
Combine tuna, celery and onion. Toss lightly with OTT’S FAMOUS,
REDUCED CALORIE FAMOUS or FAT FREE FAMOUS DRESSING. Season to taste. Cut
cucumber into tissue thin slices. Line individual salad dishes with cucumber
slices. Fill with chilled tuna mixture. Garnish with cucumber, if desired.
Makes three servings, each with just 169 calories.
