2 teaspoons My House Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (12 ounce) can or bottle beer - room temperature
1/2 cup shredded Colby or cheddar cheese

Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Pour melted butter on top of loaf. Bake in pre-heated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
